Welcome to KBN Fitness! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KBN Fitness website (https://kbn-fitness.fitplex.cybx.live), the KBN Fitness mobile application for iOS and Android, and our physical gym facilities (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, purchasing a membership package, downloading our mobile app, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, mobile application, or physical gym locations.

1. Membership Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent if between 15 and 18) to register an account and purchase memberships.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
  • Accounts are strictly personal and cannot be shared. Access sharing (such as sharing QR code credentials for gym access) will result in immediate termination of membership.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Physical Condition: By registering for our Services and using our gym equipment, you warrant that you are in good physical health and have no medical constraints preventing you from engaging in active physical exercise.
  • Consultation: You are strongly advised to seek medical clearance from a physician before starting any new training or meal program.
  • Liability Waiver: You participate in training sessions, workouts, and classes at your own risk. KBN Fitness, its trainers, staff, and the Fitplex platform provider (Cybex Innovation) are not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or health complications resulting from your use of the gym equipment, classes, or programs.

3. Gym Access & Attendance Rules

  • QR Check-in: Members must scan their unique app-generated QR code at the reception scanner or using their mobile device camera to check-in on entry.
  • Gym Etiquette: Proper fitness attire and clean footwear must be worn at all times. Weights must be re-racked after use. Respectful behavior is required towards all other members and staff.

4. Billing, Payments & Cancelations

  • Fees: Membership fees must be paid in advance according to your selected plan. All pricing is displayed on our website and mobile application.
  • Refunds: Gym membership plans are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by local consumer laws.
  • Membership Freezing: Depending on the purchased plan, members may request to temporarily freeze their membership active duration directly through the app support panel. Freezing is subject to terms and approval by the gym administration.

5. App Store & Platform Usage Rules

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the KBN Fitness app on your personal mobile devices.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to hack the application, backend APIs, or databases.
  • Biometric Access: Optional local biometric authentication (Face ID/Fingerprint) is provided for convenience. You remain solely responsible for device physical security.

6. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services, gym opening hours, scheduled classes, and trainers at any time. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms. Continued use of the Services after terms change constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
